Cove Camping cancellation policy
No refunds within 1 day of arrival date – you must advise the site of your cancellation by 11am the day before your arrival, to receieve a refund on your balance.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Admission

• Occupancy for 6 people included in pitch price. Charge of £2.50 per night for every extra person (max 4).
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• No arrivals after 10pm, unless pre-agreed with management.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.
• Pitches are not allocated – guests choose their pitches on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

Dogs

• There is a charge of £10 per dog per stay. Max 2 dogs per pitch. 
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.
• If dogs are to be found to worrying farm stock, you will be asked to leave immediately. 

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• We are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damages. Enter at your own risk – uneven ground.
• Our site is unmanned – you will be sent your arrival details prior to your stay. Management visit the site several times each day, and can be contacted on the phone throughout your stay. 
• The field is not perfectly flat – there is a slope to enter. No refunds will be given if you cannot access the site in your vehicle. 

Safety

• Following the Governments Severe Risk of Wild Fires, there is a current ban on all fires, firepits, and BBQs including disposable ones. Only gas camping stoves are permitted, safely raised from the ground and monitored at all times.
• Due to the fire risk, smoking is highly discouraged.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.
• The ground in uneven.

Parking

• Vehicles must be parked within the 10x10m space of your pitch. If you require additional parking, permission must be given by management first.
• Additional cars are charged at £10 per stay. These will be parked in the Additional Parking zones of the field, and will not be next to your pitch. 
• If you park your vehicle in a way that obstructs others, or blocks a drive-through area of the campsite, you will be required to move. 

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m.

Payment
A £5 per night non-refundable deposit is payable now. The full balance is payable 1 week before arrival, or if the arrival date is sooner than 1 week then the balance must be paid immediately. Payments will show as AR Camping.
